World Record Mustache

A 58-year-old resident of India, Ram Singh Chauhan, is the lucky owner of the longest mustache in the world. The object of his pride is 4 meters 26 centimeters long. Born in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Chauhan says his mustache is his most prized possession. The man spent 32 years growing his treasure and now spends two hours a day caring for it. Thanks to his world record mustache, Chauhan even got a role in the movie “Octopussy,” about the adventures of the legendary spy James Bond.

“Growing a mustache is like taking care of a baby, you really have to cherish it. It took me many years to grow them that long. It wasn’t an easy task,”

Chauhan was quoted by Mail Online as saying.

The man also said he started growing them when he was young. “I haven’t shaved or trimmed my mustache since 1970,” he said. – They are a source of my pride and have provided me with respect. In ancient India, mustaches meant everything. It is priceless. Chauhan, a feat recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records, still continues to grow a mustache, but its growth has slowed dramatically in recent years. Even that, however, has not helped challengers get any closer to his record.
